NSCAA Looks West to Expand The New Mexico Youth Soccer Association (NMYSA) and the NSCAA have teamed up to provide comprehensive coaching education that would impact more than 23,000 players, coaches and administrators. |
Among the many successful programs, the NMYSA is proud of its Olympic Development Program. The NMYSA had nine players selected to the All-Tournament team in January during the Region IV Championship.
Additionally, former NMYSA product Devon Sandoval has signed a contract with MLS club Real Salt Lake.
The NMYSA and NSCAA will work together to groom highly-trained coaches by equipping them with the tools they need to develop the game in the land of enchantment. NMYSA will offer its members NSCAA courses ranging from Level 1 through 6, Special Topics, Goalkeeping Level 1 through 3 and High School diplomas.
NMYSA coaches can also benefit from other NSCAA educational resources such as the Online Resource Library. This database is full of training sessions and articles (similar to the one NMYSA has provided below) coaches can use with their teams.
